The world we live in is becoming increasingly more aware of the diversity within our communities; this is a welcomed and much needed societal shift. Inclusion has become the buzz word for encompassing our desire to embrace and celebrate diversity, but what does that mean for your business? For the people you work with and welcome to your premises?
Rivermead Solutions is part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust, a community of schools all dedicated to not just the ethos but the practice of inclusion. Our team of highly experienced, qualified therapists and educators are committed to spreading that ethos beyond our Trust.
This training offers you the opportunity to learn from our speech and language therapist, our occupational therapist, our SEND teacher/leader of our Outreach service and our Inclusion Improvement Lead on understanding and supporting those members of our community with additional needs.

Mandie will also discuss dysregulation, why it happens and how to provide safe support.
